My Journey

Welcome!

Thank you for joining me.

I started this page as a journal for my fitness, not just physical but also mental, and want to share with you my experiences and my saving graces.

Over the years my weight, my diet and my mental stability has affected my self confidence, my self worth and my motivation.

I find that when all aspects of my life are falling apart, I always go and start with to fitness on my road to recovery. Being able to control that aspect of my life is for me the point in which I regain my consciousness and can start to filter and refocus and gain control of my life again and I want to share that journey with you.

I started this journey a few years ago and boy has it been a roller coaster πŸ˜…

I joined the gym, lost lots of weight, started eating healthy, dated a personal trainer, finished uni, became depressed lost all motivation, got fat again, became single again and got fit again, then lost motivation, moved country put the weight back on and here I am trying to lose it again, it really is a never ending journey and it never goes to plan, but through it all I always felt my best no matter what was happening in my life, when I was fit and healthy.

So here I am, trying to help motivate you, and hopefully keep myself motivated to keep going and not give up.

Through this blog, I want to share with you my tips and tricks, my work outs, my recipes, and also the blogs and instagrams of people that motivate me to keep on doing my best to become healthy, to reach my weight goal, and be happy.

If I can inspire just one person to join me, and start their journey then all of this will be worth it!
